Red Lion, Llansannan
Submitted by PCE on
It is believed part of the Red Lion dates back to the 13th century and is located in Llansannan. The interior has hardly changed over the years with its beams, mugs and other ornaments displayed throughout the inn.
With the closure of the Saracens Head the Red Lion became the remaining public house in the village.
Open fires in the winter months which can be appreciated by sitting on the bar stools in the bar.
A J.W. Lees establishment but also serving export beers.
Close to Denbigh, the Red Lion is a good base to enjoy long walks in the countryside.
